Holiday Inn Spartanburg Northwest

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean but most of all the staff on all 3 shifts were very helpful, friendly and polite. I had multiple rooms booked and we arrived hours apart and it wasn't an issue to allow them to go ahead and check in and get their keys without me present. We travel a lot for softball and we have run into many different experiences and this one was very positive. I have booked this hotel for another tournament in a couple of weeks with the option to cancel because of some previous stays at other hotels. We will be staying there next time as well.

we had a suite that was suitable for our family of 4 we had a full kitchen. my husband had to get surgery so we had to stay for about 5 days. my son slept on the couch bed in the living room area and it had its own tv. the king room was separate from the living room a nice size bathroom.

loved the clean room, staff, area, everything else in between. staff was so nice because my fiancé and I last minute booked this hotel due to our previous hotel being absolutely disgusting.

The layout of the room was perfect. But the best part of it all was the large bathroom with a walk-in tub
